Architecture means for us at IPRO DRESDEN dealing with and interaction between man, space and time. We are combining technical expertise and creativity into timeless architecture.

In new building projects, we rely on clearly structured and well thought out ground plans, optimised design and partitioning of available floor space to provide a supply of space that conveys a maximum of spaciousness. Fundamental success factors include selection of appropriate materials, economic efficiency and a conclusive interplay of overall concept and detail design.

In our carefully planned and implemented refurbishment projects, we revitalise historic details and bring of our key competences into play: our feel for spaces, moods, colours, dealing with and respect for the historic past.

Architectural quality, however, is always in the eye of the beholder. A building structure is only deemed to be a felicitous achievement when it has a clear ground plan, a harmonic façade and a high functionality – and the occupants are satisfied and feel comfortable.

IPRO DRESDEN provides a wide range of design and constructional options. We always clarify the initial situation before first sketches are prepared: location of the property, urban planning context and specifications in the site development plan. Intensive researches and team work with experts are the bases of each of our projects.
